Isabella Barbagallo , '22

sabella a Senior, from Rochester, NY, loves being a part of Vocal Point! She is pursuing a Business Entrepreneurship major and a music minor. Music has been a part of Isabella's life for as long as she can remember. She plays guitar, piano, and ukulele, but enjoys singing the most. You can find Isabella performing acoustic shows at restaurants, events, and festivals around Rochester, as well as with her rock band BB Dang. On campus, she is an upperclassmen RA and a TA in the business department. Isabella also has a passion for art and design, and is Vocal Point's design chair!
Hannah Bonbrest '22

Hannah is a junior from Lowville, NY, a town in the middle of nowhere in upstate NY. She is a Psychology major with minors in Russian and Chemistry, and she hopes to go to medical school after graduation! Outside of class and Vocal Point, she has recently taken up embroidery and is a Resident Advisor in Susan B. Anthony Hall. She is also a TA in the Chemistry and Psychology Departments.
Hannah ott '23

Hannah is a Junior from Big Flats, NY, and is so happy that she is able to actively make music with so many talented women on campus! She is pursuing degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, with a Writing Studies minor, and she is on the Pre-Law track. Outside of Vocal Point, Hannah is a Writing Fellow, a Residential Advisor, and a Meridian. Over the summer, she worked as a university tour guide in the Office of Admissions, and was a cast member of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Blackfriars Theatre in Rochester. Hannah started loving music in kindergarten when she began learning piano, and continued through the years as she began musical theatre, choir, and vocal performance.

Abby is a junior from Deep River, Connecticut. She is double majoring in Creative Writing and Psychology with a minor in Music. On campus, she is a Writing Fellow, a TA for the psychology department, and a member of Chamber Singers. With proficiency on piano, ukulele, and bass guitar, Abby has also recently been writing a lot of music and learning to produce. You can find her original music under “abby and the ghost” on a every music platform! When she’s not making music, you can find Abby hanging out with friends or curled up with a good book.

Katherine Broun, '23

Katie, a junior from Wallingford, CT, is so excited for her third year in VP! She is majoring in biomedical engineering with a concentration in medical optics and is also planning to minor in optics. Whether practicing new vocal percussion sounds while working on a problem set, singing in her car as a detox, or playing her guitar or ukulele or church, music has always been a constant in Katie's life. In addition to her musical passions, Katie is a Research Assistant at the medical center, a Teaching Assistant for the biomedical engineering department, and is also a Writing Fellow on campus. In the bit of remaining free time she has, you can find Katie relaxing with friends or reading a good book
Lauren Laughman, '23

Lauren is a Sophomore from Massena, NY, and loves VP with all her heart :) She is pursuing a BS in Finance and a second major in music. She's has a strong passion for everything music, but enjoys strummin' the guitar and singin' the most. One of her favorite past times includes finding new artists to binge and creating playlists to fit every one of her moods. Some of her favorite artists include Wallows, Steely Dan, Pheobe Bridgers, Tyler, the Creator and more !!

Nandita is a sophomore from Princeton, NJ and is so excited for VP this year! She is pursuing a major in Health, Behavior and Society with minors in Legal Studies and Health Psychology. Music has always been a big part of her life, from being trained in Indian Classical singing to traveling with choirs. In her free time, Nandita loves to journal, watch copious amounts of TV and cook!

Alyssa is a sophomore from Albany, New York. She is double majoring in ASL and Linguistics with a minor in Music Cognition. Even outside of Vocal Point rehearsal, you can find her hunched over an upcoming arrangement or practicing vocal percussion, much to the chagrin of her suitemates. Outside of Vocal Point, she edits for the Campus Times and works for the Orientation department.

Ashnaa is a freshman from Acton, MA and is so excited to be part of VP! She is majoring in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and plans on minoring in music. Ashnaa loves to play the violin, listen to music, watch movies, and just sit around and talk with her friends. Some of her favorite artists include Charli XCX, Grimes, Clairo, Phoebe Bridgers, The Japanese House and so soooo many more!
