Lindsey Garrison
Lindsey "Gary" Garrison is from Jenkintown, PA, right outside the great city of Philadelphia. A take-five sutdent, she was a Music - Vocal Performance major at River Campus. She enjoys spending time with friends, sitting and EATING in Starbucks, and watching her Phillies kick butt. When she isn't singing with Vocal Point, Lindsey can usually be seen working as a College Marketing Representative for Sony Music, as a PR Representative for the Panhellenic Excutive Council, or as a college student enjoying work and life. After college she hopes to either become the next, better, Erin Andrews for ESPN, be working in Music Publicity for Columbia Records, or move to the west coast to pursue a career in Fashion PR.
Gillian Friedman
Gill is a Senior from the suburbs of Holmdel on the shoresof Jersey. Don’t ask her what it’s like to live at the Jersey Shore because she's still in denial. While in Rochester she studies music and business. Gill is unbelievably clumsy but her friends claim that it is endearing andher obsession with napping and multitasking allows her to maneuver a ridiculously packed schedule. Gill also loves scuba diving (she’s had her PADI license since she was 13) and challenging her guy friends in FIFA. Vocal Point has been a HUGE part of her college career and Gill is so excited to spend her final semester with her favorite girls!
Hannah Silver
PR Chair
Hannah, a senior at the U of R, hails from the Big Apple and loves it. With a double major in Public Health and Philosophy, Hannah loves to have fun and bro out. She also is a big fan of activities involving snow, making her one of the few people to look forward to Rochester winters. Outside of rehearsals, Hannah loves to watch TV on her computer, and has a special spot for PLL and How I Met Your Mother. She also enjoys listening to "bad" pop music, reading Harry Potter, and her favorite sports are swimming and volleyball. Her dream is to go back in time and make friends with dino-babies and maybe ride one. In her freshman year, Hannah collected over 200 gum wrappers and now makes wall decorations out of them in her room.

born in Connecticut, was raised in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She is a
Linguistics major with a minor in French. She hopes to become more fluent in French and get started on learning Arabic while there! Whatever job she ends up doing post-grad,she hopes it will involve a lot of traveling. When not singing with Vocal Point, Claire can usually be seen running. As a mid-distance runner on the UR Track and Field team, most of her life revolves around the track. Claire loves the fall,even though it leads to never
ending Rochester winters, and loves to beoutside. She lives off of salads from The Pit, Starbucks Coffeedrinks, and lots and lots of tea. She also tries to avoid meat, especially red meat, at all times.

Jamie Wilson
Musical Director
Jamie Wilson, from Long Island, NY, is a Junior at The University of Rochester. She is currently majoring in music with a minor in psychology. She also has a great interest in music cognition. After college, she hopes to become an elementary school music teacher. Ever since she was little she has always loved to perform. She started singing and harmonizing with her mom at a very young age and now she is super excited to be making beautiful music with the lovely ladies of Vocal Point! Along with singing, Jamie loves music theory, arranging, playing other instruments (her favorite is the ukulele) and just listening to music in general. When she is not doing all things musical, Jamie can be found shopping, hanging out with friends or watching The Office.

Amanda is currently at Junior at UofR and is majoring in Psychology. After college, Amanda wants to go to dental school and become an orthodontist. Although Amanda loves the cold weather up in Rochester, she is originally from

Amanda is super pumped for this semester of Vocal Point, and is looking forward to spending her next two years at UofR with such talented girls! Allison is originally from the small town of Dumont, NJ, just outside of NYC. She’s a sophomore at the University of Rochester and plans to double major in Molecular Genetics and Psychology. Allison has been singing and playing the piano since kindergarten and loves performing at any chance she gets. She’s been writing her own songs for a few years now, some of which can be found on her very active YouTube account. She’s also the musical director of NJR. In addition to her love of music and Vocal Point, Allison is a huge science nerd, spurting out random, useless facts into everyday conversation. In her free time, she enjoys playing basketball, going to concerts, impersonating Hannah Silver, being Ben Folds’ biggest fan, watching crime shows, and hanging out with her friends.

Corey, a Sophomore at the U of R from Rhode Island, is our secret group motivational speaker. She splits her time between Vocal Point and the women's field hockey team. She is a bio...something-with-science major, and is obsessed with teeth - her goal in life is to be a dentist (which is why she has the prettiest teeth in the group)
In her free time, Corey enjoys working, and fieldhockeying, and telling the group about her personal life, wearing rompers to auditions, and just general shenanigans. Corey also enjoys showing the group how to boogie down...we could all take a boogie lesson from this lovely lady.

Sophie Fishbein
Sophie was born and raised in the lovely land of Brooklyn, New York. A freshman at the U of R she plans on studying Art History and Music. Sophie’s entrance to the world of music first started with her obsession with Eliza Doolittle from My Fair Lady at age 8. Though Eliza will forever hold a place in her heart, her music tastes have since grown. A few of her favorite things are knitting, Mad Men, and playing the upright bass. She’s supper duper pumped to be joining Vocal Point!
